*This was the fourth time that Metallica had played the Rock Am Ring festival. This first time was on May 22, 1999 and the last time was on June 3, 2006… which was the kick off of the Escape from the Studio ’06 tour.

*This was the first time that Motorbreath was played since June 8, 2006 at the Gelredome in Arnhem, Netherlands.
*This was the first time that Bleeding Me was played in Germany since November 19, 1999 at the Velodrom in Berlin featuring the Deutschen Filmorchester Babelsberg as conducted by Michael Kamen.
